Para's Easing Tut
Okay, so whenever some on gives you courtesy, the always put this:
/-/--/----/--------/----/--/-/
Okay, some dont know what that is.
Well, im going to explain, so here goes:
the -s mean the progress of how much you move the stickfigure,
and the / means a new frame.
Here is my example:
okay, since this is the first frame, it doesnt count as a -.
now, its progressed its rate of speed.
so this counts a the -. so we're at the /-/.Now were getting to the /-/--/
Now, you see that the rate of speed grew, even though it isnt as evident, it still grew.
Now we are getting to the /-/--/----/
Now, you can clearly see the rate of speed has grown. Now, we are at the
/-/--/----/--------/, the greatest rate of speed in this display.
Now, you see the stick moved farther thatn last time. Now, we are slowing down our rate of speed we are going half times as fast we are going right now. So, we are going to go like this: /-/--/----/--------/----/
you see it has slowed down by half. Now we going to the second to last frame, so we are now going like this: /-/--/----/--------/----/--/.
You see it has the same progression as the beggining, as we begin to close, it gets slower. We are now going to our last frame, which goes like this:
/-/--/----/--------/----/--/-/.
now, you see how little it moved. Now you have what we call: Eased.
This is how the Animation would look like:
End of tut.

Re: Para's Easing Tut
Wasn't bad, but it was mostly a tutorial on easing. I edited the topic name, change it back if you want.

Re: Para's Easing Tut
I'll leave this here, since most people don't know what it means. But from now on, just PM me a tutorial or post it in General Talk with a title like " John's Flash Tutorial: Waiting Approval ", and I will possibly move it here if it is good enough.
