I especially like the Skateboard Fail. It was very smooth and the fall was realistic. The others are a bit choppy and stiff in some places, but you're doing good.

All of your animation are great! Your problems that I noticed the most is that your arms always have a bit of stiffness to them, and your animations look a little slow, especially your jump test. Try speeding that up a bit, or release the piv files. My favorite animation is the Flippy Midget Thing, that was all pretty smooth, except that you couldn't see much power from the stk when he prepares to jump. Try to ease the crouch and take-off, that'll give the jump more strength to it.

Uhmmm I'd honestly have to say low/med beginner. You really need to sort out stiffness, I know people tell you to move all joints in one frame, well do that, but say if you were moving an arm joint, and you moved the forearm part, aswell, if you moved it into a place that looks the same or a similiar position to the last frame, it'll look stiff, so you'd move the main arm joint 1 pixel, and the forearm 2 pixels, to make it not look stiff, if you know what I mean :/
I liked the background thing on the flippy midget animation, what might be nice is a cool blue gradient at the top, lol. I quite liked the effect when he touches the ground there's a bit of grass, although it'd be quite easy to do. I think you should have maybe left the grass there though, like the midget's messes up the grass, a bit. The midget also needs a bit of buildup to the flips, like some kind of fast run, or a crouch, And the flips needed a bit less framing coz they were kinda slow.
that's all for now, keep updating
