Not too bad, but not that good either. Your main problems are stiffness and easing. To fix the stiffness, you need to move the joints more. And for easing, you need to make slower movements first of all, and then start a movement with very little movements that progressively get faster, and then slow down. I suggest making a few movement tests(walking, running, fighting, jumping, etc) if you want to improve.

I guess that's all I can say for now.

Did that last night, but I forgot to post it.

That back flip isnt very good. You need to make him jump and then backflip not do a backwards, mid-air, cartwheel thing. and his arms are really stiff in the flip and at the end.

I'll retry the backflip right now with that in mind.

Edit: My backflip failed, but the crouch was good in it.
I'll try to make the flip better -_-
